Rebuilding church walls and rooms

We want to rebuild the church building walls. The primary purpose is to facilitate the meeting of a church and other activities performed. Originally we are focused to rebuild this because the rain has ruined the walls and the old walls and room were like a old store and many time people have not found the church supplies and other stuff because of unsecured and old gate. The gates were made of wood and people torn them.

We have shifted the stuff to the main church building. During the worship people face the trouble but they have to sit in difficult condition.

By the Grace of God we have taken a step and take a stand to rebuilding the walls. The building is also being updated and we have fixing a new gate from the from of the Church and in main market side.

The work is more then our expectation. We will need more financial help to complete the project of construction. We hope from God that he will deliver and provide us more then our expectations and more then our thoughts.

ADNAN WE ALL LOVE YOU

My brother My Son Adnan is not here in this world. He is sleeping with the Lord. He has been expired on February 12th, 2010 when he was just fixing the water pipe of water motor machine. He was not aware of the electric shock will take him to the Lord. The doctor said that electric have enter from his hand and out from his heart.

He has a great life that he has shared with our family and he has shown his great love and faith to his family. He was 25 year old and young boy and not even he shared his love with the family but to all the others friend and relatives too.....

Some of the Families were seperate from each other from years to years he bring them up and built the relation that combines all the families now mostly the new generation.

He was always worried for parents and I (Khurram) Always was depending on him. He was so obedient and respected person. Soft in speaking and always being ready for any thing to do for his family. He was my right hand and this is true that he support me like a father in every manner.

Even though Adnan's leaving is very sudden to all of us and we may not understand why this is so. Yet we trust that God must have a purpose in this. And God's purpose is for Adnan's good. Though we cannot understand it now but we will understand it when we meet with the Lord on that day.

And since now Adnan has gone to be with the Lord, he has entered into the rest and is waiting for the day of the resurrection. In this we also hope that we will see him again at the resurrection when Jesus comes again.

We will remember you all in our prayers and pray that the God of all comfort will comfort you with his love and peace.

Soon there will be a singing program arranged in the Bible Baptist Church and a famous Singer Ghulam Abas will sing the song.

This Program was postponed and finlay on the 6th of Novermber, 2009 it's take place.

Praise the Lord that this program went very well. There was no place for sitting in the Church and the church was full with the people. The wonderful thing is that just the church was not filled but the Spirit of God was moving around the people and they were listing the praise of God like a thirsty deer.

very best response has been received from the people who attend this program. The Singer who is very keen to acknowledge that God is great and I have no word about Jesus to express.

Pastor Benjamin D Gill

Accepted Lord:

He Accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in July 16^th, 1968. At the age of 16^th year he started God’s work. He did a Child Evangelist Course and started the Sunday school in their area.

He is a self support Pastor and good Evangelist. He worked freely and independently around the various Churches.

Working in Prisoners:

From 1974 to 1994 he worked among the prisoners and spread the Word of God in them. This was a very blessed and fruit full work. It changes the many people’s life and some of the prisoners who denied to revealing the truth forsake or to save their life. They accepted their sin and they prepared there self to tell the true on any cost. Many of them accepted the Lord Jesus Christ. After bomb blast happened in Jail they have not allowed him to come for the security reasons. So he discontinued their service from jail.

Family:

He has Five children two Son and three daughters. The all family members are involved in the work of God. And struggling into brings the people to God the truth and life.

- Youth Girls Fellowship: Pastor’s daughter Saima leads the meeting and teaches the young girls, the word of God. It’s start from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm

"Girls Youth Fellowships"

Thursday:

- Family Meetings: Meeting in different member's home (Prayer Meeting) where all the believers gathers and pray specially for the Family and their needs. Also Pray for the prayer requests from both; Church member or others. It start at 7:00 pm

Church meets at 7:00 pm

Funds need to change the Roof

Baptist church here in Bilawal Jokhio Goth is overflowing with faithful follower of Jesus Christ.

"People are worshiping in the Church"

The main problem of the Church now’s a days is roof. We are planning to build up the roof of church, because it sometime creates many problems during the Church meetings. This is our basic need now.

"Collecting Offering"

Pastor encouraged the people to do their best to do something to change the roof. He encouraged them to contribute some amount as much as they can give. Now they have collected some money but not almost estimated amount it’s a far……

"Cemented Sheet"

This is the snaps of cemented sheets, Note the broken sheet…. It is just a one pose taken from near. There are many others around the sheets. This goes really hard when it’s a rainy day. The things down or under the roof get wet…… things like songs books, Bibles and other material, etc….

Because these people are very poor they have given according to their position and pockets. They also encouraged some non-Christian… like Muslim where they used to go for work the prayed and asked God to open these people heart. They helped the Church as God show the wonders into their families.

We are still using the cemented sheets who did covers the roof but we want to built up the roof, which required money, we are not able to do that all by our self.

No matter where you are, you can help us and can still be part of God’s work. We believe the Lord will motivate some of you to be actively involved through prayer and finance.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe that the Bible is verbally inspired in the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments as originally written by the writers who were directly controlled by the Holy Spirit of God. This revelation from God is complete and final and without error in the original manuscripts. II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21.

We believe in the tri-unity of God, that the eternal God manifests Himself in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that these three are one God, but separate in personality. Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; I John 5:7.

We believe in the incarnation and virgin birth of Jesus Christ, in His sinless life and in the sufficiency and substitution of His death on the cross for the sins of the whole world, in His bodily resurrection from the dead and His ascension to heaven. John 1:14; Hebrews 4:14-15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Mark 16:19.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person, equal with the Father and the Son, and is of the same nature; that He is the agent in the new birth; that He seals, dwells in, guides, teaches, sanctifies and helps the believer. John 3:5-6; 14:26; 16:13; II Timothy 1:14.

We believe in the creation of the universe and all living things by a direct act of God, apart from any so-called evolutionary process. Genesis 1:1; Exodus 20:11.

We believe that Satan was once holy, but through pride and ambition to be the Almighty, fell and drew after him a host of angels, that he is now the evil prince of the spirit world, the enemy of God, man’s great tempter, the author of all false religions, and that he is destined to final defeat at the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ and will be eternally confined to torment and punishment. Isaiah 14:12-15; II Peter 5:8; Revelation 20:10.

We believe in the fall of man resulting in corruption and sinfulness of the whole human race, making man incapable of personal salvation and good works before God. Romans 5:12; John 14:6.

We believe that man’s greatest need is personal salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior apart from any works or any human merit. Once received, this Salvation is eternal, and can never be lost. Ephesians 2:8-9; John 10:27-28.

We believe that God’s plan for this present age involves the evangelization of the world through the witness of every believer in Jesus Christ and the establishment and growth of local churches as the means of accomplishing His purposes. Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:18-20.

We believe that baptism is the immersion in water of a believer, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, to show faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior; that baptism is required for church membership and observing the Lord’s Supper in which the members of the church remember the death of Christ, preceded always by sincere self-examination. Matthew 28:18-20; I Corinthians 11:23-31.

We believe in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ in the air to rapture His people before the tribulation and His bodily return to the earth to set up His millennial kingdom after the tribulation period. I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Acts 8:9-11; Matthew 25:31-46.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of believers to everlasting life and fellowship with God and of non-believers to everlasting torment and punishment. John 5:28-29; Matthew 25:46

Church History:

Bible Baptist church is the local church in Karachi Pakistan. The believers and the body of the Christ. This was not a easy task to work and built a new church in a new place. The founder of the church is "PASTOR BENJAMIN D. GILL" servant of the most high God. Pastor Benjamin was working as a self support Pastor and working in the ministry from his 15year of age.

Church Building:

He (Pastor Benjamin) started working in the “ Bible Baptist church ” in Malir Kantt from 1994 after his ordination. He started his Pastoral service from this Church. In this area many peoples who are living here are very poor. People of this place were thirsty and deprived of Christ’s Love. As this was a new place for him to start his work among them. He Started from the small group of believers, and this group of believers began meeting and forming a church. God’s people were irrigating this aried land with their prayers and by their presence in this work.

This church is now built and actively working for God and progress of His kingdom and work. Pastor encourage the people always to witness for Jesus Christ. We as a group of believers are in the planning stage to find some assistance for the development of the church building, community building and better performance for all the church activities.
